Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Mystake Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
In addition, the AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.
We have sent detailed information to the Askgambler team and waiting for their answer.

Mystake is telling us that they have added rule in terms in September that users from Georgia are restricted to register on the site. I was registered before that monthes ago, so how do I brake the rule ?
It is obvious that mystake is trying to somehow not pay my winnings.
I got no notification or anything that Georgia was added to the restriction countries, in such case I would stop playing on the site.
