I have requested a £7500 withdrawal from mystake casino which has now been pending for over 4 days. They have rejected two previous attempts to withdraw the money siting further KYC checked are needed. I have provided all the requested information- Proof of Address, ID copy, Payment card photos, even a video of myself holding my ID whilst reciting information requested. I have chased multiple times for a response and reasoning for the large delay in processing the withdrawal however I do not receive any timeframe or reasons for the delays.
