I have won quite a substantial amount of money with this casino. (€57,250) and am facing difficulties with withdrawing my most recent request for €7250. The casinos website states up to 3 working days to process, it has currently been 6 working days and 8 days in total this has been ongoing.

I am fully verified, all my details are correct, I have used my own funds from my own account to deposit and I have previously withdrawn from this casino 3 times with no issue. Twice for quite substantial amounts (around half the weekly allowance at a time) and the 3rd time for a smaller amount. Mystake have withdrawal limits in place (€7500 max a week and up to €15000 a month), I have stuck to these limits in place.

I have added screenshots of my winnings, my requests and previous approved withdrawals and PDFs of all my live chat and email transcripts regarding this issue. Also screenshots attached showing my account is fully verified. I have asked the site to raise a complaint regarding the communications as from my personal experience, I don't seem to be able to get any answers as to what is happening with my account and the reasonings I have been given have differed with each chat. (Please see attached). I am being told noone can give me a timeframe at all.

I have had previous requests declined but only for the reason that they were above the weekly limits. As soon as I was made aware of the limits, I amended my requests to follow with their limits in place which you can also see. I was confused as when you go through to withdraw the site says up to €10,000 on SEPA.
