Hello,
I open an account with my stake 15 days ago. I did some deposits, some bets, win some if them and then ask for a withdrawal and was everything ok. The problem was when I won 9000€ on Flamengo game the problems start on that day.
After that I ask a small withdrawal of 4000€ was refused, then ask a smaller withdrawal of 2660€ and refused again, and then I contact them via live chat asking why i can't make withdrawal and they ask a video with my personal details. I sent the video and then they block my account. I can't make a deposit, withdrawal a bet, I can't do nothing in my account.
After 2days I went to ask about my situation and they told me my account is suspend and under investigation during 6 months. I'm feeling so bad cause I really need this money for my family, for my life this is so bad .
I'm keep waiting an answer, also want to thanks to AskGamblers for the expose.
