On 4th July 2023 I tried to withdraw just over £90.00 from my account. The Sepa payment kept getting rejected and I emailed the company via their KYC email. I heard back and was told I needed to verify my bank cards which I did and that once this is done the money would be paid to me and upon being successful account closed. On 7th July, my account was closed and I have no access it. I have not received payment and since the 7th July, have sent 3 emails and have been ignored.
I have no way of checking the status of pay with my account now closed.

We sent proof of payment which indicates that the transactions have been paid successfully. Please check other details with your bank. That's all we can do for you.
