On 4th July 2023 I tried to withdraw just over £90.00 from my account. The Sepa payment kept getting rejected and I emailed the company via their KYC email. I heard back and was told I needed to verify my bank cards which I did and that once this is done the money would be paid to me and upon being successful account closed. On 7th July, my account was closed and I have no access it. I have not received payment and since the 7th July, have sent 3 emails and have been ignored.

I have no way of checking the status of pay with my account now closed.

As you are aware, I have told you numerous times via email and in live chat this week that I have not received the funds. On Tuesday I was told it would be in my account that evening and on Thursday I was advised via live chat that it was being investigated and I would receive an email. That email did not come.

I have still not been paid and the communication from the casino has been poor

Today live support continue to abruptly end the chat and have been rude. I have an email that stated last weke I should contact live support and today for the first time.i was told to email a different email address I haven't been given before. Lizz was extremely rude and refused to answer why I've not been given that address before and noone has been willing to respond amd resolve this issue

Sadly this doesn't resolve anything. I have called ym back who have advised £94.50 has not bounced nor is there a pending payment. I keep stating multiple times the funds have not been received. No proof has been emailed and you closed my account so I was unable to verify it was paid.

I can also show you evidence I wasn't paid with regards to the iban number I supplied for thr account the funds were to be paid to.

On top of this, when I was aakws to contact live support they were extremely rude and refused to assist.

It has been over 2 weeks and there is no resolution. You keep saying the same thing and funds haven't been paid

You sent me at email today, but it proves nothing. It is very vague and states nothing regarding account name or bank confirmation nor date payment was made and how long it would take. It is very clear to me that you are not legitimately paying out. I have not received funds and I have attached your very vague email that proves absolutely nothing

I have spoken to my bank amd I did receive a document saying payment was made, but they said it will have declined as the surname put on the payment form is not the surname ony bank card- I waa married last year. They said no pending payment is made and have asked that mystake check again as it will have bounced back or be sitting in their account as an unsuccessful payment
