Hi askgamblers and everyone else reading this post!

My account was blocked after a deposit of $200 and one small odds sports bet (win 100 usd) a few days later (I had no further gaming activity). I didn't take any bonuses and didn't even have time to verify (they didn't ask for it).

Reasons for blocking identified simply - an investigation for a period of 6 months. I think it is an outrage and deduction of my personal funds from the casino, because there is nothing to check on this account at least. Requirements for the casino - unblock my account and allow me to withdraw my money if they do not want to see me as a customer.

But in general I leave this complaint more for future players to see that their money is in danger in this place.

As we checked you have just made one bet, so, of course, it would not take that much time.

Unfortunately, I was deceived by the representative. I passed verification, but I cannot withdraw the money. Support agents tell me that the only thing I can do is to wait.A waste of time

Thanks to askgamblers for their help, the money was withdrawn after I sent a link to this complaint .However it is unclear what they were checking .Apparently they were checking how long they can withhold funds from honest users
