I won 350 dollars in this casino, put 300 of them on withdrawal, lost the rest in the casino. A few hours later I got my account banned.

I don’t get any intelligible answer to the questions about what is with my money and when they will be withdrawn, just wait, wait and wait, 10 days have passed and no progress has been made.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hello,

The account is under investigation due to suspicious sports betting. The process might take up to a maximum of 6 months.
According to our T&Cs, ''The Company reserves the right to hold the withdrawals for the time needed to investigate violations of the Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws on part of the Player.''

We will notify you as soon as the investigation is completed. Winnings will remain in your account and if our suspicion is not confirmed, you will be able to withdraw all funds.
