Good Afternoon,


So I registered with this Casino as it looked like a decent alternative to the UK ones. I read the terms and conditions and understood that I would need to fully verify my account before being able to withdraw any of my winnings.


I deposited in total £7,000 over the course of the evening and have a current balance in the account of £10,500 which I have tried to withdraw. I have fully verified my account and when I went to process the withdrawal to my bank which has to be maximum £6,000 per time it said successful and would be in my account in 2-3 business days. After the 2 business days had past my withdrawal then said rejected and I received an email from [email protected] stating that they require a video verification holding a piece of paper with the date on, their site name, my full name and my username which I then sent. They also asked me to read all the information in English which I did.


I have just received another email from them stating that the video needs to be using the front camera in selfie mode holding this piece of paper. The video that I sent fulfilled all their requirements but they just keep coming back and saying that.


I now believe they are holding my money unlawfully as I have fulfilled all their requirements but they will not allow me to withdraw it.


I have screenshots of all the deposits the current balance, my verified status the video I sent and all the emails received from them on this matter.


I really hope you can help me retrieve my money from this Casino.

Hi and thanks for responding, please note I have fulfilled all your KYC terms including the video verification so I should now be able to withdraw my funds but every time I try you mark it as rejected.

I have verified my identity, address, profile sent a video and done everything you need but you still deny me access to my funds.

It is appreciated that you have a strict KYC policy but when I have done everything you needed you should allow my withdrawals to be processed.

I am very happy to confirm that Mystake this morning have paid out to my bank.

I have also now requested the other £4,500 of my balance.

Thank you so much for helping me with this , I'm pleased that these funds are now in my account.
