After winning back my stake plus a bit on top, I chose to withdraw my money from Dunder. It was only after I got in touch with dunder myself around a day later that they told me I had to do some identity verification checks. I submitted a picture of my passport and my most current bank statement in pdf form. A day later I got back in touch to check the progress and Iw as told that my bank statement was rejected (they only emailed me to tell me that i needed to provide more proof after I got in touch). I then asked why they could not accept the bank statement and they said that for security reasons they could not disclose why.
I then submitted another bank statement, only to hear nothing for another 24 hours. When I got back in touch on the online chat, I was told that the bank statement could not be used as they require something that had been printed in paper. I then complained that had I been told this information earlier I could have made arrangements. So I submit another paper bill, and 23 and a half hours later I am here again with yet no response from Dunder.
I am very frustrated with the service given by this casino and will certainly not be playing with them again. I have never had this problem with any other online casino.

Apologies for the delay in my reply.
We have had to request Proof of Address and ID due to you logging into your account from a Restricted Geo. You sent us a Bank Statement on the 4th February which was rejected as it could not be positively identified and you sent another version on the 7th of February which was confirmed.
However due to your IP still registering as in a restricted Geo we will only be able to process your withdrawal when you return to the address you supplied on your ID and contact us again to withdraw. This is not something we are imposing to inconvenience you, rather a process that is enforced as per our License regulations.
I would also like to take this opportunity to note that your complaint above on Askgamblers also has your location as Malaysia which is a restricted Geo as per the above.
