I am submitting a complaint against Lemon Casino (https://lemoncasino11.io) regarding confiscation of my funds and permanent account suspension.
Due to technical issues with my own payment card, I made several deposits from my husband’s bank account. All deposits were fully accepted and processed by the casino without any warnings or restrictions.
I was allowed to play normally, and as a result I won 399 PLN.
After requesting a withdrawal, Lemon Casino:blocked my account, confiscated both my deposits and winnings, explicitly stated that their decision is final and they will not respond to further communication.
The operator accepted the deposits but later used them as a reason to deny withdrawal. I consider this unfair and selective enforcement of their Terms and Conditions, and it violates basic principles of fair gaming.
I request that Lemon Casino either:
Pays my legitimate winnings (399 PLN), or Refunds all accepted deposits.
I can provide all supporting documentation, including:
Email from Lemon Casino confirming account suspension and confiscation,
Screenshots of blocked account,
Proof of deposits from my husband’s bank account,
History of unanswered emails to Lemon Casino.
