I had provided everything they asked for and they keep delaying the withdrawal

Hi

I have played and deposited 1000s here at Kakadu Casino since sign up.
I have requested my first withdrawal of $1500nzd.
My account has been fully verified with ID/Utility Bills/Payment Method.

I was informed 12hrs for withdrawal, Then 24 hrs and it’s been past all those times.
Despite talking to chat multiple times they are now coming back to me informing me documents are being verified, despite already having the green verified tick on all requested documents. I had provided everything they asked for and they keep delaying the withdrawal.

Kakadu have recently sent an email informing me that my withdrawal is OK, and they are currently in the process of what must be some kind of required extra verification checks on their end.
I have been notified of this a couple of times the last 2 days so really hoping it’s sorted shortly.

But I would like to know when my cashout will be successful
Also, if it usually takes this long for future cashouts or if this is just a one off verification procedure for my first cashout, as I was informed 12/24hrs not any longer.
