Not paying out €200

jackpots in a flash casino holds back 200 euros from the profit because of allegedly not cashed Sofortüberweisung in August 2017!
I have already sent all account statements that prove that all instant transfers have been made properly!
I also talked to the customer service of Sofortüberweisung, there were no open posts. If a Sofortüberweisung had not been redeemed, I would have been banned for this service since 2017, until the money was properly transferred by me!

Also they did not cash out the rest of my winnings, i am waiting for 600 Euro
