I made a withdrawal of $4,800 dollars, and they keep asking for verification information, which I have submitted about 5 times each now, it gets approved, payment method gets updated, then they come back asking for something else for different payment methods. Keep giving me the run around that it is some other department that deals with it, and says 24 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, and it has been almost 3 weeks of that now. Stay far away from this place as I feel you will never get your money out. They will take your deposit within seconds, then never payout any winnings (if you get close to any winnings...)
