I've tried contacting support many times over the last 10 days with no response.
I had made a withdrawal in a total of $502 that I've not received. The first was for $300 and the other for $202, they claim these have been successful and completed 7 days ago but I've not received a single email regarding the matter. For these withdrawals to be successful I would need a Interac e transfer request and password to submit them which I've received for neither of the withdrawals.
