Jackpot City Casino - Account closed and apparently under review.
Last Friday I created an account with Jackpot City, after depositing $2000 instadebit I played for the afternoon and lost it all. I deposited another 2000 instadebit the next morning and played for most of the morning to the afternoon and was winning, then losing again then managed to get it back to 2000 and I thought I would try again later and not lose another $2000. once I requested withdrawal I was disconnected from my account.
After trying to log back in, I couldn't. I messaged Jackpot City through live chat and was told my account was blocked with no explanation. A few hours later I got an email to submit documents and to log into my account and submit them and to also finish two games bets (that glitched out.) I can't log in so not sure why I was told to do this, I then messaged support and they were well aware I couldn't log in and had nothing to say about the email I just received from them so I'm getting two stories.
They gave me another email to send the same verified documents to so I did that on Monday. I got an email from them saying they approved my already verified document and to submit another already verified document. I did that again and then They told me it will take a min of 20 days before they will look into my matter and I haven't heard back since Wednesday regarding the other document I sent.
Seems like they don't want to pay.
