I have an issue with Immerion Casino. I think it's time to make a complaint. Maybe You will help me.
5 weeks ago I hit a big win on slot-provided "pragmatic play". Then started the fair play check which is standard procedure as I understand. The support team said that it will take up to 14 days. But it is still going and the only thing I get on live chat or email support is "Just wait, dear player". Is it a normal situation? Please explain to me.
I think you know more about these things 🙂 how much longer it could take?
