Delayed withdrawal and KYC verification

I am writing to formally address an issue regarding my pending KYC verification and withdrawal request with Immerion Casino.
I began playing on Immerion Casino on October 30th. On my first deposit, I won $100, which was promptly processed and paid after I requested a withdrawal. Based on this positive experience, I felt confident in the platform's reliability and made several additional deposits.
On November 6th, after losing my initial balance, I fulfilled the wagering requirements for a bonus and won $350. I promptly requested a withdrawal for this amount. However, my withdrawal request was later cancelled, and I received an email requesting that I complete a KYC verification process. I submitted all the required documents via email immediately.
Unfortunately, I have not received any updates since submitting the documents, despite repeated follow-ups. It has now been 13 days without any resolution. Live support has not been able to provide meaningful assistance, repeatedly directing me to email support for further information. Moreover, the casino’s original email address appeared to be non-functional for several days. Although there is now a new email address, I still have not received a response to my inquiries.
Last weekend, I informed live support that I would escalate this matter by filing a formal complaint on AskGamblers if no resolution was provided. At that time, I was assured that I would receive a response within 1–2 days, but no update has been forthcoming.
I kindly request that my KYC verification be completed promptly, so I can receive the $350 I rightfully won. A two-week delay with no clear communication is unacceptable, and I believe it is only fair that this issue is resolved without further delays.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.
