Delayed withdrawal and account closure issue
My name is < removed >, and I have been a player at Immerion Casino. Initially, I requested a withdrawal of 9 Ethereum from my account. Since then, my balance has increased to 17.8 Ethereum due to additional winnings. However, despite repeated requests and a waiting period exceeding 14 business days, my withdrawal has not been processed.
My account was subsequently blocked without clear justification or prior notice. Customer support responses have been vague and non-committal, only asking me to wait without providing specific updates or timelines.
I have fully complied with all verification procedures and the casino's terms and conditions. Nevertheless, my funds remain inaccessible, and communication with both the casino support team and affiliated partners has been largely unproductive.
