1500 fair funds withheld for provider verification
On may 19th I won $1500 through immerion.. this was from a bonus. I had a 100 percent match bonus on a deposit of $150.. the maximum win in it was 10x which would be $1500 and it had 60x wagering.
I managed to get up to above the amount and then wagered the 60x which was $9000. Then when I had finished I converted the funds down to the maximum allowed $1500 in USDT from IMR.
Go to withdraw and after a day it gets cancelled and it get a message when I access the site
Your previous bets are being reviewed by game or sport provider to ensure the fair play. You can withdraw again once review is completed.
I have raised this with support on email and then multiple chat agents and get v very similar responses.. even got accused of threatening them when I mentioned raising here or casino guru.
It seems this is a common problem and it drags on and on unless you get someone to intervene such as why i am raising this.
It hqs been two weeks to essentially review a few hours of play.. the process feels designed to push things on as long a possible.
