Complaint regarding just account closure and confiscated winnings
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a highly concerning experience I had with an online casino that I believe has acted dishonestly and unfairly.
I had a verified account with the casino and regularly played the same set of games. At one point, I successfully made a withdrawal with no issues. Afterward, I made several more deposits and eventually hit a significant win — a maximum win on a single game. I continued playing for a short while, then decided to stop with a total balance of approximately €6,500.
Shortly after requesting a withdrawal, I received an email from the casino congratulating me on my winnings. After 24 hours passed without receiving the funds, I contacted live support to ask about the withdrawal status. I was informed that the withdrawal had already been confirmed and would arrive soon.
However, a few hours later, I was unable to log into my account — it had been closed without warning. When I contacted the live chat again, I was told that my account had been permanently closed due to the alleged use of bots — which is a complete lie and false accusation. I was further told that this was “covered in their terms and conditions.”
I was also told again that my last withdrawal had been approved and would be processed within 7 days. Yet the very next day, I received an email saying my withdrawal had been rejected.
This is absolutely unacceptable and dishonest behavior. I would like to ask the following:
Does the casino imply that it is only possible to win using bots, and that winning naturally is impossible?
If so, how can any user trust the fairness of their games or withdrawals?
How can the casino initially confirm the withdrawal and later reject it without providing any real evidence or investigation?
At no point did I break the casino's terms and conditions. Their accusation is completely unfounded and seems to be a convenient excuse to withhold my legitimate winnings of €6,500.
I am sharing this experience to warn other players not to fall into the same trap. I kindly ask the AskGamblers team if you could assist with this issue or mediate with the casino to ensure I receive the funds I fairly won.
Thank you in advance for your time and support.
