HI, I was playing at this casino on 29.01.2025.

I made some deposits, and at the end made a withdrawal of 220 Euro.

On 31.01.2025 it Failed Withdrawal and I got Refund of 220 Euro.

On same day 31 january I withdrew again and it was Status Success on withdrawal.

Their Support said that it would take up to 5 working days to reach my bank account.

Today 07.02.2015 I got refund again and it Failed Withdraw, I made 3 times.

I also sent them my bank statement to show that they didn't pay.

I hope we can solve this issue.
