Had a good run so cashed out 1300. Dunder ofcourse needed to verify the account and saw I was playing from another IP as I was with my parents while playing on dunder. (They live in NL, a country that Dunder is also active in) I talked to the support and they said that its not a problem as they also are legalised within the Netherlands and therefore it does not make any difference.
I then got an e-mail to verify the account, so I have send in all the requested paperwork. Dunder keeps denying the paperwork I have send in and they keep saying that it is not good enough even though on my bank statement are all required details available.
I have tried for 3 days now to verify my account and I must say that after working for a fraud department, this is getting quite rediculous. I have never ever seen any kind of fraud department that has such an unprofessinal fraud check. All details provided and they keep hammering on sending the same details over and over. I just feel that they want to postphone the cash out so that you as a player keep playing and they lose less money.
Kinda sad cause this makes you not want to play at Dunder Casino anymore if they are trying to postphone verifications.
