I play quite regularly on dunder and often get good but only small stake wins that would payed out with no problem but I decided to go for higher stakes and managed to get feature landing me 24700 pound obviously I was over the moon so I played some more with around 5000 of that and withdrew the 20000 that was left in four separate 5000 pound withdraws only to be met with proof of wealth I filled out the forms and sent payslips passport banking statements and now if I ask what is going on with the processing of my account I get told the relevant department will be in touch within 24 hours and I'm always waiting with no response or if I do get any further I am asked for further details saying that the dates aren't correct so I send better details and I am always left waiting I honestly feel like I'm being called a criminal just for being lucky for once.
I wanted to know what was happening with my verification process the advisor was no help at all and when I asked to speak with any higher management I was ignored and when I mentioned I was in a tight position waiting for my winning to be released he jumped on me saying he was going to close my account because I was relying on gambling for funds or something along those lines I provided everything i had been asked for and only wanted to know when I would have my winnings released so I could pay for a well earned holiday but instead accounts closed and I have no idea weather my funds will still be available if I get my account reopened if I even can if any one could help me I would be more grateful than you could ever amagin

hey it seems im still having issues with dunder id say its been a week since i gave dunder casinos verification teams my documents and now they want more that have nothing to do with the current situation without replying to any of my emails asking how the process is going haveing locked me out of my account i cant even check on my funds let alone withdraw any thing and i ether receive the same excuses over and over from the live chat advisers who i have caught lie in to me about important details on more than one occasion or the fact i have been ignored during the whole proceeding
