I have been playing casino games at cbet.gg casino for a while now. All was fine until suddenly I went to log in and my password was rejected saying Account Locked. I went on live chat to discuss and they wouldn't tell me anything, and they have ignored my emails ever since.
I have received zero explanation for why my account is blocked. The balance of my account is 3025 euro (which you can see confirmed by chat support in the attached screenshot).
I would like an explanation of what is going on and access to my cbet.gg account and funds.
