My withdrawal has been pending for 10 days now.

My account is fully verified.

I made a withdrawal successfully from their casino before.

They are claiming that there's some tech issue that prevents processing my withdrawal to Neteller. I asked if I can withdraw using some other method. They didn't allow me to do this, either.

So my withdrawal is stuck in their casino, and there doesn't seem to be any progress with their tech issue, and they offer no solutions to the problem.

The amount in question is 750$.

I did get a reply from their support. And they are supposed to do the cashout manually for me. Got that message on friday. Still haven't gotten the money.
I asked them to join to this complaint process couple of times. Seems they just ignored that completely.
Taken three weeks so far since I made the withdrawal.

I finally received the withdrawal. Took ages and pity that the casino isn't participating in the complaint process.
But at least money received so this can be closed. Thanks AskGamblers!
