Delayed Withdrawal Pending for 4 days Already

Good Day,

My withdrawal has been pending for 4 days already and not been a single update. Support gives the usual answer of "It will be processed as soon as possible" But can never give a turnaround time.

The withdrawal policy states " It can take up to 24 hours" For withdrawal to be processed. It's already been 4 days and still not update...

I just noticed my withdrawal was approved. I will wait to see if the funds are clear in my account, then update this complaint.

Please can we amend this complaint. For some reason the withdrawal cancelled and I played a bit and requested a new withdrawal of $357. Its been pending for almost 24 hours now but I hope doesnt stretch 4/5 days again.

Please amend withdrawal for $357
Because as per their terms withdrawal below $500 should be processed within 24 hours.

I've been waiting to withdraw $500 for over two months.

The support doesn't answer emails, but answers in chat, constantly asking to wait until their payout department decides something there.... Two! Two months I've been waiting for them to decide something....
