Delayed withdrawal BigClash

Dear Askgamblers,

Please help me with the delay. I registered on BigClash, first I used the bonus on the 1st deposit for sports betting, I lost, so I used the Casino bonus. I spun 50x everything according to the rules and converted the bonus into real funds.
On 24.04. I requested the 1st withdraw because the limit is €500, I have 3 withdraws of €500 each. I was not offered verification at all and the account says that it is not required. I have a screenshot before the deposit where they confirm that everything is fine with the account and that I can deposit, I also have a screenshot of the conversation from 29.04. where they confirm that the withdraw is in the final process. I sent an email to [email protected] but I did not receive any response.
I hope you can help me because this is an obvious delay, according to their rules it says 3 business days.

Big Clash casino is operating a deliberately restrictive and deceptive withdrawal system.

After depositing and playing fairly, I discovered hidden withdrawal rules that were not clearly disclosed at registration:
- Maximum withdrawal of $800 per day
- Withdrawals processed only once every 3 days

These rules alone are highly questionable and border on deceptive practice.
However, even these limits are not being respected.

I submitted 3 withdrawal requests on December 21/22/24, 2025.
As of today, the withdrawals still marked as “Pending” with no payment made.

Customer support provides only generic responses and no clear explanation.
This indicates non-paying casino behavior rather than a temporary delay.

I believe Big Clash is intentionally delaying withdrawals to prevent players from accessing their funds.
I request AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this non-payment issue and warning other players.
