I have not logged into my bcgame account for more than six months, on October 2 I logged in and found that I was paid more than $ 67,000 from the referral system.

I withdrew first $ 100, then $5,000. But when I made a withdrawal of $ 15,000, they stopped the possibility of withdrawal and asked me to write to the support email. I wrote 2 letters to the mail that have not been answered to this day. Now there is $58,000 in the balance, which I still cannot withdraw.

My account is fully verified and I have not violated any rules. Please solve the problem.
