Hi, I made a deposit of 30 euros to 24casino on March 17th, but as of today, the money has not yet been credited to my game account. I have contacted support and customer service, but I have not been informed yet. I would like to get my money back. The money has been deducted from my bank account and so far the money has not been refunded to my bank account. It is not normal to have to wait weeks to make deposits. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I am very sorry to hear about this frustrating experience for you. I have investigated this at length and can see that unfortunately the deposit was 'stuck' between us and the payment provider. This is a very rare occurrence and I am sorry that you had this delay.
However I see that the funds were credited to your player balance yesterday and you managed to enjoy those.
As an apology for the inconvenience I would like to add a goodwill bonus to your account, please let me know if you wish me to proceed with this?
