Worst casino I've ever dealt with. I like nothing, don't trust the good reviews, they ask players for good reviews in exchange for bonuses. Apparently spending $400 in one day won't even get you a bonus, they gave me 40 free spins on B gaming which every knows is about 50c of winnings. I asked twice and was promised to speak to the VIP department about getting a actual bonus but was just a lie, and they never contacted me and wouldn't let me contact them. I spend a lot of money on casino every week, this casino will not appreciate you spending money they just treat u like another number. The games are arrange nicely per category so I do not need to scroll to the bottom. I can choose my slots per provider than I know of. This lets me choose my games and I can switch from one game to another by clicking the category.
There may be lots of games and easy navigation like from but for me I do not like how long it makes me wait for my cash withdrawal request. For only 75 eur and ewallet, the wait is too long here. I only ever use neteller for my payment and withdrawal for all online casinos, for most online casino it just takes a few hours for my casino wallet to be transferred to my neteller. But here it takes more than that. The notice is 1-3 processing days but at some online casino it does not take that long esp if using ewallet that is not issued with a bank. The only solution here is for me to wait for it to be credited to my neteller account… I hope they improve this better in the future.
