There is not that much to look at in this site but I think the aesthetics are there when it comes to their games and that is what I like the most. I liked this casino. I t has a loyal bonus system, I was able to catch bonuses and even withdrew some. In general I was left only with good emotions after playing there.

The problem may arise when you're actually going to withdraw, support was absolutely clueless for a month straight when it came to what was taking so long, all they told me constantly was in essence "Just wait" and there's nothing they can do. I kept asking them to bounce back the withdrawal so I could try another withdrawal method, they said no. I messaged them every 1-2 weeks with no status update at all other than that the money is still on the way. It didn't take a whole 2 months (YES 2 MONTHS) adding up to a total of about 3 months until they just sent me back the money to my account on the casino and to get another withdrawal method, I had to deposit AGAIN.

I live in Norway, the state has commanded banks to try to return payments to and from casino sites, this has never been a problem with any other casino (It still applies to them however they get around it), total unprofessional on their side and lack of communication, which is why I rate it 2 stars, the only thing that gives them the other star is the fact that their site is alright in every other aspect, but this downside absolutely killed it for me.

Pleasant design. Clear site to use. Withdrawals are quite fastly processed. They have my favourite games. I've had no problems with withdrawals. Also withdrawal limits are adequate.

Welcome bonus is good and really fair wagering requirements. Games collection is good as well and many other small good things.

Clueless support-different details were given by different people in support regarding deposit bonus. One was claiming that any winnings are all lost if bonus is cancelled, while other person in live chat quote that if bonus cancelled you lose a half winnings. It was also said that wager is half from original deposit have from bonus which is nowhere mentioned in their site!

Also totally misleading information about deposit bonus... Its said that the total amount of welcome bonus must be wagered 35x or 30x or 17x, where a casual player assumes that they mean that only the bonus must be wagered as they don't mention that the original deposit must be wagered. The truth is otherwise as they mean the deposit plus the bonus must be wagered. Unbelievable that they trick and mislead players in 2018.. I was given 25 euros deposit bonus and had to wager 1250 euros! Be careful.

Frank and Fred casino is a place I joined just a week ago. I was scrolling down the list of newly added sites on AskGamblers and their name caught my attention. So on Friday (today) I made a 250kr deposit. The money was taken out of my bank account, but it didn't show up in my frank&fred account. After an hour in chat with 2 different agents, where I sent screenshots from my online banking, they managed to fix it. However, they didn't add the 250kr bonus. I told them I'll give them an hour before I come back, and that I'd expect it to be sorted by then. Then I speak to a CS Agent named Petter. This guy was rude, took 5 minutes between his replies, and he wasn't interested in doing anything to help me out. After 15 minutes in chat waiting for Petter to reply, he said "wait til monday". It's a 3 day promotion ranging from Friday to Sunday. And they tell me to wait til Monday. When i went to the withdrawal page, I couldnt even withdraw the money I had deposited. I joined Frank&Fred a month ago and now have a platinum status which you will imagine give some great benefits like 10x on bonuses and super spins instead of regular spins... sounds good dosent work. Can't even complete a 10x wager on bonuses and maybe get 1 hit out of 20 with super spins. This casino is utter BS and is cold whenever you get a bonus this is doable.

I got a call from the casino promising a new deposit bonus. Later that day I went into the casino and to my suprise I did not find any deposit bonus. I asked in the chat and I was told that the bonus I was offered had already been used when I registered 2 weeks ago. This is the worst I have ever experienced by an online casino. I never got my signup bonus

All was great until now when I chose to take a break from gambling I made my final withdrawal and went on a cool off period. Now they send me an email telling me that my documents have been declined I need to send other form of ID new bankstatement and so on. It had all been approved and I have made several withdrawals but now that they see me going on a break and they cant take my money back in deposits I guess they need a reason to hold on to my withdrawal or something.
So be careful and make sure your last withdrawal goes through before you go on a cool off period or exclude yourself because this seems a bit fishy to me

The site looks smooth and they have a lot of games. The norwegian support its great, they are doing a very good job.

I dislike very much the english support, they seem clueless and very little helpful and talk to me as I just stepped in to the gambling world.
