Hi. I made a withdrawal of £46250 on the 22 of Feb. I had my id verified 3 days later. I have rang customer services everyday since and my withdrawal is still pending. Every time I ring they say they will contact me in a certain time frame and not once have they kept their word. I'm starting to get really frustrated
