LeoVegas Casino - Withdrawal being held, refund not issued
After closing an account with LeoVegas Casino due to gambling issues a year to 18 months ago I recently opened up a new account for use of the sportsbook forgetting my previous account. I made 14-15 small deposits on my new account to the total value of £165, I then made a withdrawal of £350.
This account was open all night, it was only until the following morning I went to check the status of the withdrawal that I found the account was locked and I was asked to contact support. After speaking to support numerous times I am being told that the relevant department is looking into my account and their is no timescale on when the issue will be resolved.
I take full responsibility for opening the account forgetting that I previously had one closed. But after depositing £165 and withdrawing £350 i still have £0 and each question regarding the matter unanswered.
