We are happy to confirm that the two latest withdrawals have now been processed.
We would like to assure the player once more that his account is fully operational and there are no restrictions imposed. Hopefully, this would be sufficient to consider the case closed.

Since my last update, there has been no progress regarding my withdrawals. I still have two pending transactions, one for €500 and another for €358, both of which have been marked as "processing" for over a week now.
I will let you know when they pay me out.
