I wanted to close/block my account because I had problems with gambling before and I do not want to risk getting into that again. I first sent one email asking to get my account closed. Then the day after I talked to their chat to ask if I could get the account closed. They said to email them and what too wright. So I made a second email to them writing the things they said that I should write in the chat conversation I had with them.
Now It has gone about 13 days since then and I still have not gotten my account block as I have requested to them via email. I get still get bonuses from there also when I log in to check if it is still open. I had problem gambling in the past. So it is really triggering to me too have the account open. And there have not yet been any indication that the account will be closed. So I am hoping for that i will get help soon so that I can get trough the process of close/blocking my account.
