Removing a withdrawal method so you can no longer cashout
Feb 12 decided to try 100$ on Vulkanvegas casino, saw they had the option to deposit with E-Transfer, and the withdrawal option with E-transfer as well. which is exactly what i was looking for. Got lucky and got 3000$+ decided to cash out and made a 3000$ withdraw which added up to 2 requests 1 transaction 2500$ and a 500$ request for a total of 3000$ so i proceeded with the E-transfer withdraw method which is the same method i used to deposit which as per the TC 8.11.2. funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing. That is perfectly fine with me until... few hours later got back on the site and realized both request have been rejected, so i realized i forgot to do the KYC, so i sent all the paperwork required like every casino always requires, ID,Proof of residence, proof of money transfer so that's done! everything should be good right?
Clicked on the withdrawal option to proceed a new request since the original ones where rejected, and bam! the option for E-transfer was no longer an option, so now as per 8.11.2. funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing; this means i currently have zero % chance of getting my withdrawal because they removed the only option that was giving me access to cash out. And the explanation they gave me was, you need to play more to make that transfer option appear again. and then after a while chatting with the customer service which was by the way completely useless and no answering any of my questions, just trying to avoid them, he decided that i was wasting his time with my question and closed the chat on me.
I am not saying this a bad casino (Yet) but this is the first time in about 20 online casinos that i ever had any issues for cashing out.
