Account blocked and no response from the casino
Vulkanvegas closed my account on 30th of December. I tried talking to live chat but couldn't get any explanation, I tired even calling them on +35725654268 the phone number given on their website but I think the same live chat members answer the phone. The lady I was talking to could not explain why my account is blocked and I was told that after the new year I would receive an email from them, however, no email received. I had a pending withdrawal of 900 eur which never reached my account. I cannot send any screenshot of that withdrawal request as my account is blocked and I cannot log in, however, I have a screenshot with transaction id (only there is no amount as that is how vulkanvegas sents withdrawal confirmation email) showing my withdrawal has been requested. I do not understand what might have been the problem as I have been playing with vulkanvegas for a long time and my account is fully verified. I am attaching you the screenshots with my account being blocked, with withdrawal request confirmation and the email I sent them. I do not have any more information to provide as they do not reply and I cannot log in to my account.
