Syndicate Casino - Troubles with a €1,900 withdrawals, unfair account closure

I have opened an account at Syndicate Casino last week. I was lucky and had some winnings and made three withdrawal in total. One to my Visa card and two to my Mastercard. The one with Visa was ok and the money has been transfered to the card quickly. Unfortunately the withdrawals to Mastercard had some major issue (1.200€ and 700€). Instead of crediting the total amount of 1.900€ to my cc, it was a transaction which blocks the amount on my cc. Like if you have to give a booking guarantee for e.g. hotel, were the dealer reserves a certain amount on the cc. So two issues - no money from the casino and in addition a cc which has now exceeded the limit and brought me into some troubles when I tried to pay with.

I‘m in contact now since a few days with Syndicate Casino in order to release the blocking and make the credit of 1.900€ to my cc. But the only response was that I need to sort that out with Mastercard. I had three calls with Mastercard and they cannot release the blocking nor transfer money from the casino to my account. At least Mastercard was able to send me a proof that the 1.900€ are blocked through Syndicate Casino. I have sent that proof also to Syndicate, but so far since days the response is that financial dept. is looking into it.

Please, do two things :

- Cancel the previous transaction or release the blocking of 1.900€
- Transfer the 1.900€ to my cc. You can use also my Visa card if you have issues with Mastercard

Last but not least - my account was closed. After asking the support why, I have been told because of „management decsion“. I‘m wondering if winning is not allowed at the casino ? But ok, I can live with that decsion as long as I get my winning.
