According to our Bonus Terms, cl. 2. Any bonus, deposit and possible winnings connected to the bonus will be locked to as bonus balance until the associated wagering requirements have been completed. It means that it is not possible to withdraw winnings until the bonus terms will be fulfilled. Concerning your issue, you wanted to withdraw after getting the first winning, it is not possible, as bonuses do not work like this. Following our rules, 5. In case the player requests a withdrawal from their deposited amount before meeting the wagering conditions, the bonus amount and associated winnings will be forfeited.
You were told from the very beginning in chat that only your initial deposit will be left if you cancel the bonus, then operator was overloaded and made mistake telling you that only 30 will be deducted. So, you canceled your bonus and, your winnings and bonus amount were written off, as you decided to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements. Instead of stop playing and contact chat support straight away you have played down your balance and only after that, you came to chat and start complaining.
We took into consideration the situation and decided to compensate you deposit and bonus amount, and you accepted this in email. Once again you played down your balance and afterward, you opened this complaint about whatever reason.
