Refusing to verify my documents and account

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the repeated rejection of my verification documents by Stake and their refusal to process the withdrawal of $32,055 currently held in my account. Despite my extensive efforts to comply with their verification process, the casino continues to provide unreasonable and inconsistent reasons for rejecting my documents, leading me to question their commitment to fair and transparent practices.
Verification Process Issues
Level 3 Verification – Proof of Address The casino requested proof of address, which I provided by submitting:
Utility bills for the last three months (digitally).
Bank statements covering the same period.
Payment confirmations for all three bills.
Despite this, my submission was rejected, with the explanation that they required physical photographs of these documents. I subsequently sent the requested physical copies, but these were also rejected. I was then informed that they needed the documents in digital format again. This back-and-forth is not only contradictory but also extremely frustrating and unreasonable.
Level 4 Verification – Source of Funds To fulfill the source of funds requirement, I submitted the following:
Official documentation verifying my stock investments.
Payslips from the past three months.
Bank statements showing salary deposits.
Initially, these documents were deemed insufficient because the casino requested that the payslips be signed and stamped by the issuing entity. I complied with this request, having the payslips signed, dated, and stamped by the company’s accountant, who is responsible for issuing these documents. Despite meeting their stated requirements, the documents were subsequently rejected again with vague claims of invalidity, with no clear explanation of the specific issue.
Concerns and Impact
I have provided all requested documentation multiple times and have adhered to every instruction given. The casino’s handling of this process raises serious concerns:
Inconsistent Requirements: The shifting demands regarding document formats (digital vs. physical) suggest a lack of clear policies.
Lack of Transparency: The casino has failed to provide clear, specific reasons for rejecting my documents.
Unjustified Delays: These repeated rejections seem to be deliberate attempts to delay or avoid processing my withdrawal request.
Unethical Practices: As someone with verified accounts on numerous other platforms, I find this behavior unprecedented and highly unprofessional.

Ensuring that Stake provides a clear, detailed explanation of any remaining issues with my documents, if any.
Facilitating the immediate approval of my verification and subsequent release of my $32,055 funds.
Investigating the casino’s practices to prevent such experiences for other players in the future.
