Spin Casino - Cant get my money out

Faz mais de 20 dias que solicitei um saque, bloquearam o acesso da minha conta, pra fazer a verificação de documentos.

Enviei todos os documentos que me pediram, e até agora não solucionam. Todos os dias entro no chat para ter uma solução, e a única que coisa me dizem é que eu preciso aguardar, e não tem prazo para solução.

I am experiencing a serious issue with Spin Casino regarding a delayed withdrawal and technical problems with my account.

🔹 Problem #1 – Withdrawal Delay:

I requested two withdrawals using the same card I have used successfully in the past. Spin Casino states that withdrawals are processed within 2–6 business days, but it has now been over 10 business days and I have still not received my funds. My deposits are processed instantly, yet withdrawals are unreasonably delayed without explanation.

I have contacted customer service by email but have not received any clear response or solution.

🔹 Problem #2 – Broken Transaction History:

For several days now, I’ve been unable to access my transaction history. Every time I try, I get an error message:

“Your transaction cannot be delivered this time. Please try again later.”

This has made it very difficult to track any activity on my account.

I find this level of service unacceptable from a licensed casino. I am simply asking for a timely and transparent resolution.

Requested Action:

• Immediate processing of my pending withdrawal(s)

• Fix the error in my transaction history

• Clear communication and explanation from Spin Casino’s support team

I'm writing a complaint against spincasino.com as they refuse to pay out my funds which are 14345 euros.... I have made withdrawals on this site before, I have completed verification, I keep getting asked to verify again to which I accepted and sent all documents again multiple times. They have been asking me for proof of ownership of my crypto wallet to which I keep explaining to them that my wallet is on blockchain.com, my name does not appear on that wallet as they do not require KYC , they do not seem to accept this response, what they are asking for is impossible... I've sent them screenshots of the deposit and also my email attached to that wallet and still not sufficient.

On April 5th which was a Friday I won $1,000 I played $100 out of the Thousand which left me a remaining $900 balance which I withdrew Saturday I got up and checked and the withdrawal was off the account it was no longer pending today is now April 9th and it's a Tuesday and it is completely disappeared and I tried to email Spin and they blocked me from even sending emails so now I'm complaining to you hopefully you can resolve this thank you.

I had played this casino only a couple of times as I usually play elsewhere, I finally hit something decent it was a little above $2500 when I go to withdraw. I get an email stating that they were withholding $240 of my money because of a “disputed transaction on my credit card” which was a complete lie. I never used a credit card once it was all transacted via etransfer which everyone knows you cannot dispute it’s very clear about that.

So I then had to send in all my banking statements etc. After getting the run around for weeks, finally, they state they made a mistake which I knew already, and stated they were going to send the $240. That has been almost 3 weeks ago now. Still no money still no payment.

They’ve given me multiple different dates and times and the whole 24-48 hours I have all the emails and chats of getting the runaround. Still nothing almost 3 weeks later.

They email me today and say there was an “error” trying to transfer which again is a lie as nothing has changed with my banking my email etc from the last withdrawal that took 2 days.

So still no money still no answers they have no one you can speak to, they don’t respond to emails, and chat is absolutely useless, and will repeat the same things.

Please help I saved everything all the convos all the emails all the lies the banking statements everything. DONT play here they are awful and will not pay you and give you the run around for their mistakes.

On Feb. 20 I deposit 300 in spin casino but not able to play any slot or live games. I speak with the agent he told to do clear cookies cache and ask to change device I did ask for documents for verification I sent but still today they not refund. I am daily chatting but no solution they have also issued a ticket DEP0203 daily they keep me round and round.

Spin Casino deducted 80$ out of 156$ of my withdrawal. According to its live chat staff, because of a debit problem, the casino had to advance funds for my deposit and then had to take part of my withdrawal to payback the funds. I have all proofs to show that my deposit went through e-transfer method successfully within minutes, and the staff's explanation is unbelievable and unacceptable. What's more, I haven't received the settlements list of my account that the staff promised to send me by email as evidence. My attached document provides all my proofs and arguments.
