Withdrawal issue and account closed

Hi I opened my account on the 4th of august 2023 and made a deposit of €25. I was then asked to verify my account to which I did and it was successful. I played and had a great win and made a withdrawal of €700 and the next day one for €800 via bank transfer. After this I have tried to make contact via live chat to be told that my email was invalid and it’s the only email I have and also used it to sign in a number of times before this. I have emailed them and have not had any response from them. I can’t access the account and don’t know what to do now. I’m going to wait till the end of the week to see if I get a response if not I’ll report the transaction deposit on my account to my bank and also seek legal advice. I look forward to your reply

This has to be the worst site I have ever played on. I’ll be advising all my friends to avoid it at all cost. It states on the web site re withdrawing takes up to 24 hours. It’s never been 24 hours it takes more than 1 week to complete a withdrawal. I’m sickened at how I have been treated. It’s just a money taker this site is and when you win the come up with every excuse to not pay you your winnings or make you wait 7-10 days. Not safe and also not complying with the t&c on site. Never return emails

Yea I did get back into my account after a long wait and trying to make contact. I got one withdrawal but as stated on the site withdrawal is sorted within 24 hours which isn’t true. I have cancelled lots of withdrawal as it is never sorted. I feel this site is a scam and when I email anyone on any of the emails provided not one single reply have I got in return. Not one and I have had enough. Sort this site out and give the correct time frame and advise. I really wouldn’t advise people to play here
