Withdrawal is not possible or available
Hi all.
On 29th of March I made a withdrawal request after wagering successfully a bonus. A couple of days later I saw that my request was cancelled and asked this from the live chat. There I was told that my bets are being reviewed by game provider to ensure fair play. I was told that this check can take up to 14 days.
Then after 2 weeks, I contacted live chat again and I was now told that the check can take even up to 1 month. After 5 weeks of waiting, I asked this one last time from live chat and I was just told that my case is escalated to colleagues for their attention. So, nothing has happened or progressed in almost 6 weeks and I sure have given time for them to progress with this case, but now I have to ask help from AskGamblers side.
So, I haven't been able to make a withdrawal request in this timeline as there is just the text that withdrawal isn't possible because of the review and that I can withdraw again once the review is completed. I will attach a screenshot of the withdrawal problem.
