I cant withdraw my winnigs

Hello Askgamblers.

On may 4th I tried to withdraw my winnings but all my requests were cancelled. When I contacted they're support they told me that there is a provider check.The next day I contacted them again and they told me that the check is complete and I can start withdrawal my winnings, but again they were all cancelled, so I contacted them again. This time they told me that there is withdrawal issue and my withdrawal page was locked. I waited couple of days and contacted them again. This time they told me the provider's check is not complete. I dont know what to do anymore its been 9 days and I have no progress.

Keep in mind that I did not use any bonus and I have withdrawn before with no problem.

Dear AskGamblers , I have received all my winnings after 3 months.I dont think this is normal .. I think you have to lower they rating drastically.They're Support agents are unbelievable , every single one of them copy-pasting absolutely the same thing every time and not providing any help what so ever , worst than that they are not pleasant.There is no contact with this casino .. no "finance department" , no Support no nothing.
A im going to post on every single forum for this 3 months withdrawal and now im paying google ads against this scam casino.
