I made a deposit 300 euros and got the MAP-bonus. After 24 hours the real money and the bonus was removed. The bonus was activated and I had start playing. When I contact the support they told me the bonus only lasts 24 hours, but in their sister casinos the MAP-bonus lasts 10 days. How was I supposed to wager in such short time?
I also contacted their vip support that promised me to look into the matter, but after 7 days she still has not given me an answer.
I have screenshots of my last played games, the deposit time and answers from the support.

Snatch only gave me 89 euros in bonus as compensation (added to my account). But the real amount was 299 euros i real cash and 375 euros in bonus money left in my account when removed (see screenshot). So I do not feel this is enough. I talked with their chat support that told me this is all I would get!
I still think their been something wrong with this bonus terms cause I was allowed to deposit 300 euros and get 375 euros in bonus with only a 24 hours time to wager/play (40x wager). All their sister casinos has 10 days time before the same MAP-day bonus expire.
