Problem with withdrawal of my own deposit

I have been trying to get in touch with this casino for months now.. I have around 2200€ in balance, which I would like to withdraw...

But here, 6 months later.... It's still pending... This withdrawal is from the 26th of April 2023..

I'm fully verified at the casino and I talked to live support, a lot of times.. They always write the same thing

( We don't handle withdraws, you have to contact the finance department, on this mail [email protected] )

I wrote the first email on May 13th, 2023, and haven't had a response on that email yet..

The Casino has all my information, which I provided instantly, so this wouldn't be an issue..

They won't answer any emails and now they have shut down the live chat function..

I don't know what to do about this..

I actually went to the casino, because of the AskGamblers recommendations..

And now I'm sitting here, feeling cheated.

I requested withdrawal beginning of April and it is still pending. My account is fully verified. I contacted live chat few times, but they are just answering that they are not responsible for payments and they will send ticket to finance department. I asked them to copy me in the request, but it is not possible because it is their internal matter. I asked them to give me phone number of finance department, but they have just email. I sent few emails to finance department but I have no answer till now. In May I cancelled my original withdrawal request and created new one, because I thought it can be problem that I requested it before my account was verified. Anyway it is almost 2 months and it is still pending. Again I contacted live chat few times, but they give me always the same answer. I also tried to call phone number published on website but the phone doesnt exist or it is disconnected.

Been waiting months for my withdrawal. Wrote multiple emails and contacted customer support daily.

Support kept telling me to write an email which I did but they never answered from that email adress. After I started questioning their techniques custommer support blocked me from using it.

This site is a scam.

I've been waiting for 3 months to get paid and that's why I decided not to play anymore while I don't receive my payment.

On March 28 I made a withdrawal of € 204 and received an email from the casino where it told me that they processed it in 2 or 3 business days (I send a copy of the mail), but it is false since the account is verified and the money does not reach me, seeing how there are many players who do not receive their money either.

In the chat, they tell you to write to finance but I have written a lot of times and they have never answered. It is clear that they do not want to pay.

I am waiting one month to 340 euros .

I made a cashout 28.04.2023, same day I sent all document for verification.

This casino never contacted with me about my cashout . And live chat not talking about money.

Email dont answer.

He keeps sending me a help email which never works.

Since the paycheck, I've even stopped getting offers.

I made a dozen or so deposits there, why players rated this casino at almost 7.

Made a withdrawal 5 days ago, when I'm asking on the chat what takes so long they just answer that they don't deal withdrawals that you need to send email to their finance department. I have sent now 2 emails to them also and got no responses. My account is fully verified so I don't know what is taking so long for the withdrawal to be processed. I mean I get that they take some time if your account is not verified but its verified ages ago so in my opinion this is too long time to wait for a withdrawal.

Withdrew £800 which due to the site policy had to be done twice since having a max limit of £500 for a single withdrawal.

The first withdrawal was paid on the 7th of March which was £500, The second one was made on the 10th of March, and since they neither paid me nor responded to my emails and complaint. As you can see in the chat description the case was referred to their finance by the support agent which also was without any result.

Constantly be in contact with the chat and the site but no answer. Even asking for my transaction history the support agent said she can't do it and that I should be sending an email which I did many times yet not even one response!

Deposit of 60€ 2023-03-25

They have weekly withdrawal limit of 500€ and the first 500€ of my 2500€ has been pending since 2023-03-26.

Account has been verified for over a month. They do not answer any emails, and the live-chat does only provide copy-paste responses.

Earlier they told everyone that was trying to withdraw that Nodapay has some issues, this has since been debunked on casinogurus site, as people messaged Nodapay and they told me there are no problems on their end.

This casino has stopped responding to everyone and does not pay out. Not sure if this complaint will lead to anything, but I feel like this casino should be blacklisted asap.
