Not Confident In Receiving Payments

Hello AskGamblers,


When I signed up on March 2nd,2023 I deposited and won an amount of $12,670. I was aware of a max withdrawal of 500/per day. It sounded reasonable but I was later told Via chat that I can only withdraw 500 after I am paid for the first withdrawal. So the Daily withdrawal limit is very misleading.

On March 4th I withdrew 500 initially. Since my withdrawal support has never contacted me once to address the withdrawal.

I have attempted to find out more information through Live chat several times and the common repeated answer I get is that the agent would let the appropriate department know.

Had any support contacted me to address this I would not be here today but I feel I am being kept in the dark and given the time frame with no communication I am doubtful of payment.

I can only hope we can get some dialogue going here for some reassurance. Thank you

Hello ASKGAMBLERS.

I just want to update the complaint with recent changes to my SCATTERHALL casino account.

After logging in to see if I can get an update from a Live Chat agent since E-mails are not being responded to, I noticed my FULL balance removed from my wallet and Live chat no longer is available.

They are still operating and accepting registration which makes no sense considering someone MUST be at the helm of this Casino and deliberately ignoring me and ASKGAMBLERS.

They use ASKGAMBLERS as a sponsor on their webpage but it's quite odd they do not reply when a serious complaint is brought to their attention.

I hope their is a logical explanation for this and that it can be resolved here.

Problem with withdrawal of my own deposit

Hi,

I would like to put in a complaint against Scatterhall.com. Did a deposit on their site for 2000skr (Swedish crowns) and after the deposit, I noticed that the slots were not available for my jurisdiction. So after that, I wanted to withdraw the funds that I deposited on their site.

So I sent in the KYC documents they were for a while under ''inspection'' and it took some time so I message them and asked and they said it could take between 1-5 business days. So after 6 or 7 days I wrote to them again and asked about it. And I was told they were going to forward my case. And after that, I got my account verified. So just that took over 5 days.

But now to the part I want your guys' help for. I won't get my deposit back. It just says pending. Hade a withdrawal from 25e of May and nothing happened with it. So 2023-05-09 I canceled it and tested again with a new withdrawal and it says the same after 2 days.

I have tried to contact the support/live chat and they just say that they don't handle ''withdraw cases'' and that I need to mail ([email protected]) so I did. I have sent 3 emails, one on Monday (2023-05-08), one on Tuesday (2023-05-09, and one today (Thursday 2023-05-11), and I haven't heard anything from them. Not even an email confirmation or ticket that says that they have received it. So I'm kinda out of hope.

The worst part is that it's not even winnings that I wanna withdraw, it's my own money that I deposited. So I really would like your guys to help to get this solved.
