I won 10k USD playing in rivalo.com. I have been trying to withdraw since 01/02/2022.
They say withdraw should be in 24 to 48hs. I been waiting for almost 20 days. They keep giving me excuses as "we are investigating" or "we escalated the issue" but days counting and u don't receive my funds. And they don't tell me what's is the issue.
I asked a friend to create an account in Rivalo and play, he can withdraw without issues so its with me.
Please help me with this, I'm desperate.
