Description of the issue:
On 09/05/2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for €3,500 via Revolut. The casino has a daily withdrawal limit of €500 per 24 hours.
It has now been 5 days and my withdrawal is still marked as 'under review'. I have contacted their live support multiple times and each time I receive the same generic response: that the finance team is working on it and they cannot provide a specific timeframe.
My account is fully verified. All wagering requirements have been completed. There is no legitimate reason for this delay.
I have also filed a complaint with Casino Guru on 14/05/2026.
I am requesting AskGamblers to mediate this dispute and help me recover my funds of €3,500.

Another 3 days have passed and no money has entered the account on the chat, the same typical text that they apologize for the delay but the withdrawal status has not changed since 21.05.2026 I put the withdrawal on, even today my money has not entered and the withdrawal status has not changed either
