Waiting since August 23, 2024. I can't get my money. Every time I contact the live chat, they answer me with standard phrases: wait, wait, wait, but it is impossible to get any concrete answers from them. There is absolutely nothing going on. They can not contact the financial department, and they can not give an answer on payment, referring to the fact that they have no authority. I don't know what to do and where to turn.
